Affiliate terms — summary

• Applications are reviewed by us. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, and approval is not guaranteed. Commission accrues only from the day you are approved.
• Commission is calculated on subscription revenue only — usage overages, AI credits, VAT, and Enterprise plans are not included.
• The 20% applies to stores in your own account from the day you are approved: payments made before approval do not earn commission. It also applies to stores you built in your account and then transferred to a client.
• The 8% applies to every store in an account that signed up through your link or code, including stores that account opens later. If that account opens a store through another affiliate's link, that affiliate earns on that store instead of you. If the account owner joins the program, they earn 20% on their own stores and you keep the 8%.
• A referral link counts if the person signs up within 90 days of clicking it, and the store must be created within 180 days of that signup. A referred store that stays on a free plan for 12 months without upgrading stops being attributed to you.
• Commission is paid for up to 5 years from a store's first paid subscription payment. After that window, the store no longer generates commission even if it keeps paying.
• The program's terms can change with 60 days' notice, but only for NEW referrals. Stores already attributed to you keep their original rate.
• Commission is calculated on money we actually keep. If a payment is refunded or disputed (chargeback), the commission on that amount is reversed. If it was already paid to you, the difference is deducted from your next payout. A negative balance is carried forward and is never demanded back. If a dispute is closed in our favor, the commission is restored.
• Payouts require a minimum $5 balance (any balance above $10 is paid out in December regardless), a 30-day hold before a commission clears, and a valid invoice.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. To be paid you must send a valid tax invoice or receipt for the commission, as required for your tax status. Payouts are currently supported only to affiliates in Israel.
• Stores in your own account earn the own-store rate automatically. Using your own link or code on an account you control to collect the referral rate is not allowed and may result in suspension.
• We may suspend or end your participation in cases such as fake referrals, misleading claims, self-referral, spam, or conduct that harms merchants. While you are suspended, commission stops accruing, new stores are not attributed to you, and any unpaid balance is held.
• If the program is discontinued, stores already attributed to you keep earning commission for 12 more months from the announcement.
• You are not a representative of Brainerce and may not make commitments or quote prices/SLAs on our behalf.
• No advertising on the word "Brainerce" or its variations, and no misleading domains.
• Tell people you are an affiliate. Disclose your relationship with Brainerce wherever you promote us, as the law that applies to you requires. No spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and no false claims about Brainerce or about what merchants or affiliates can earn.
• We do not promise that your referrals will sign up or pay, or any level of earnings.
• Attribution and commission amounts follow our records of payments and referrals. If we find a mistake we correct it, and the correction is recorded as a separate adjustment.
• Visits to your link are counted anonymously for your dashboard: the link's code, an optional campaign tag, the visitor's country, and a hash that changes every day. We do not store IP addresses and cannot tell who a visitor is.
