Simple per-store pricing

Most platforms make a second profit center out of your success: every sale you make puts money in their pocket too. We think that's backwards. Our business model is a flat subscription, not a tax on your revenue. Whether you sell $1,000 or $1,000,000 a month, your platform cost stays exactly the same.

Brainerce is headless. Your checkout lives in your storefront, and you wire it to any payment provider you choose: Stripe, PayPal, Square, Cardcom, or any gateway your SDK integration supports. We don't sit between you and your payment processor, so gateway fees go directly to them, not through us.

Yes, with no lock-in. Upgrades take effect immediately (you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle). Downgrades and cancellations are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep all paid features until then.

Yes. No credit card required to start, no expiry date, and no hidden upgrade pressure inside the dashboard. The Free plan has real limits (20 products, 10 orders a month, 30 AI credits a month) but there's no trial clock ticking in the background. If it fits your needs, it's yours for life.

Each store you create is billed as its own independent subscription. Your new side project can stay on Free, your main brand on Growth, and a seasonal pop-up on Pro, all managed from one dashboard, each billed and limited separately. You only pay for what each store actually needs.

Your store data lives in your own Supabase database. It's yours, not ours. You can export a full JSON or CSV backup at any time directly from your dashboard. After you cancel, dashboard access ends at the billing cycle boundary, but your data in your own database remains fully accessible to you.

Monthly plans: no prorated refunds for partial months, consistent with industry standard (Shopify, Vercel, Linear all work the same way). Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal, we'll issue a prorated refund for the unused months. Contact support and we'll handle it within one business day.

Yes. The AI Smart Importer connects to your existing store, maps your products, variants, collections, customers, and order history, and imports everything in about 60 seconds with ~98% accuracy. The handful of edge cases it can't resolve automatically are surfaced in a diff view for you to confirm before anything is committed.

No setup fees, ever. On paid plans, your first charge is the monthly or annual subscription price, nothing else. If you use our optional white-glove onboarding service for Enterprise, that's agreed separately as part of your contract, but it's always optional and never bundled in without your approval.
