Brainerce HelpBilling & plans
Understand your Brainerce plan, upgrade when you're ready, manage credit packs, and view past invoices.
Brainerce charges a flat monthly subscription per store, plus optional credit packs for AI features and image generation. You manage all of it under Settings → Billing. (The plan badge next to your store name in the store switcher only shows which plan a store is on; it is not a shortcut into billing.)
Billing is account-owner only. If you are a Manager, Staff or Viewer on this store, you will not find Settings → Billing in your menu. The entry is not shown to you at all, and no permission your owner can tick will add it. That is expected, not a fault. If somebody else needs to pay for the store, transfer ownership.
Plans

Credit packs
AI features (the dashboard assistant, image generation, bulk alt-text) consume credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance; on a paid plan you can buy credit packs to top up. Purchased credits don't expire while your subscription is active. See AI credits.
Invoices
You can update your payment method and download past invoices from the billing portal, opened from Settings → Billing.
Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time. Your store stays on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then moves to Free. Your data is never deleted.
