Sign up & log in

Create your Brainerce account in under a minute.

Your Brainerce account is the top-level container that holds all your stores, team members, and billing. You only need one account, even if you plan to run several brands.

Create your account

  1. Go to brainerce.com/sign-up.
  2. Sign up with your email and password, or use Google.
  3. Check your inbox for the verification link and click Confirm email.

That's it. You're in, and the next screen asks you to create your first store.

Already have an account?

  • Go to brainerce.com/sign-in and enter your email + password, or use Google.
  • Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? and follow the reset link.

Sign up for a paid plan from the pricing page

If you click a plan on the pricing page, you go through a three-step sign-up that shows Account, Payment and Launch:

  1. Account: Continue with Email or Continue with Google, or Sign in if you already have an account. The screen states that by creating an account you accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and that we will email you about your account and about Brainerce product updates and offers, which you can opt out of at any time from Settings → Account.
  2. Payment: "Add your payment details", on a secure Stripe checkout. You can choose monthly or yearly billing before you pay, and you can cancel any time.
  3. Launch: "Payment confirmed. Setting up your store...", then Go to dashboard.

If you already have a store and open the link for a plan, you are taken to the upgrade for that store instead of creating a new one. A link with no valid plan sends you back to the pricing page. The Free plan has no payment step: sign up from the sign-up page above.

Your name, email, password and two-factor settings are not on a page of the dashboard. They live in your sign-in profile:

  1. Open Settings → Account and click Open Profile, or use the user menu at the top.
  2. Open the security section of the profile and add two-factor authentication with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) by scanning the QR code and entering the 6-digit code.

Turning on two-factor authentication is the single best thing you can do to protect a store you can edit.

Account vs. store

It's worth getting this distinction right early:

  • Account = you. Holds your email, password, billing, and team.
  • Store = one brand / storefront. Holds its own products, orders, customers, settings.

One account can own many stores, which is useful if you run multiple brands or sales channels.
