Daily briefing

A daily briefing is a short rundown of how your store is doing: revenue and orders, products running low, and anything that needs your attention. BOBO puts it together from your live data.

Get a briefing on demand

Open the AI assistant and ask for it in plain language, for example "Give me today's briefing" or "How did the store do yesterday?". BOBO pulls together:

• a store summary of orders and revenue (today, this week, this month);
• order stats: order count, revenue, and returns;
• top products for the period;
• inventory alerts for what's low or out of stock.

Get it automatically each morning

Want it without asking? Ask BOBO to run the briefing on a Daily schedule so it runs at the time you choose. You manage schedules in the Schedules section of BOBO's settings page: click BOBO's name at the top of the AI panel, then choose Schedules, where you can run one now, pause, or resume it. There is no separate agent to hire for this, because BOBO is the only AI assistant. Each run of a scheduled briefing is saved as its own conversation in your AI assistant history, and you are told about it in the bell. Will the briefing be emailed to me?

Only if you turn it on. By default a scheduled briefing is saved in your AI assistant history and shown as a notification in the bell, and nothing is emailed. To get it by email, open BOBO's settings page, then Schedules, and switch on Email in the How to tell you card. It goes to the email address of your own Brainerce account, and a briefing that runs daily arrives once a day. See Schedules for the limits.

There is no mobile push, no SMS and no WhatsApp message for a finished briefing.
